This committee focuses on providing support to teachers (e.g., librarian, field trip coordinator, gifts for the teachers, and other activities). This committee works closely with and reports to Executive Director/Pedagogista. It is encouraged that the members of this committee be comprised of one
parent from each class, who would serve as “class parents” (a person who would act as liaison between the teachers of their class and the rest of the parents in organizing class events and other tasks to help the teachers). The committee would be formed immediately after the school year starts
when “class parent” volunteers are identified.
