Interested candidates should have strong communication and organization skills in addition to being caring, intuitive, and creative.

Prospective candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, experience working with young children and an understanding of early childhood development. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of the Reggio Emilia pedagogical approach to early childhood education.
